EXPERTOS INSTRUMENTOS FINANCIEROS Y MICROFINANZAS
Call for experts for financial instruments and microfinance.The Commission is looking for experts to be appointed in a personal capacity to provide advice on fi-compass , the advisory platform for financial instruments under the ESIF (European Structural and Investment Funds) and EaSI (Employment and Social Innovation) microfinance. To develop the necessary knowledge base and to improve the administrative capacity of bodies involved in the implementation of financial instruments, the Commission (notably DG REGIO, DG AGRI, DG EMPL and DG MARE) will make available technical assistance and advisory services to the benefit of Member States, its Managing Authorities, microcredit providers and other stakeholders. These assistance and advisory services will be delivered in a coherent way via the common facility, fi-compass. The experts will advise the Commission with the objective to render the fi-compass a meaningful initiative which addresses the needs of the stakeholders effectively, reacts quickly to a possibly changing environment and facilitates implementation of financial instruments. The duly signed expressions of interest, including a motivation letter and a curriculum vitae, must be submitted by e-mail to REGIO-FI-COMPASS-EXPERT-GROUP@ec.europa.eu by 30 January 2015, 18:00 Brussels time, at the latest. The date of submission will be the date of the e-mail.
